Job Description

As a Power BI Associate, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our Data Visualization Center of Excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the delivery of innovative dashboarding and visualization solutions to a variety of clients.
• Efficiently producing high-quality reports and dashboards, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Acting as a liaison between onsite and client teams to clearly outline and scope requirements, transforming these into impactful visualizations developed over agile sprints.
• Serving as the primary contact for resolving complex queries and challenges.
• Providing strategic input to enhance dashboard performance and recommending data transformations to optimize dashboard creation.
• Implementing best practices throughout the visualization processes.
• Maintaining existing dashboards and guiding as well as mentoring team members.

What You’ll Bring

Your background and skills include:

• 3-8 years of professional experience in data visualization and KPI dashboarding.
• Deep expertise in Power BI, with proficiency in Tableau and Google Data Studio being advantageous.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries and optimize them for performance.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in assessing data pipeline performance to identify and rectify latency and runtime issues.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
