Role Overview

As a Power BI Dashboard Developer in our Performance & Analytics team, you will be instrumental in crafting powerful insights through visually stunning and functional Power BI dashboards and reports. Your work will empower our sales strategies and decision-making processes, directly influencing our market success.

Key Responsibilities

Your expertise will not only be recognized but will be pivotal in:

• Designing and implementing advanced Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Building and managing Power BI Dataflows and Datasets.
• Utilizing Power Query, DAX, and ideally SQL, to enhance our data visualization efforts.
• Applying your knowledge of data modeling to support our business processes.
• Leading projects and driving change within the organization.

Desired Skills and Experience

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• Demonstrable experience (3+ years) in developing Power BI reports and dashboards from scratch.
• A strong background in the FMCG sector is highly advantageous.
• Proven track record of handling projects amidst ambiguity and change.
• Excellent communication skills, able to distill complex ideas into straightforward language.
• A proactive approach, ready to engage with stakeholders across all levels to meet diverse needs.
