Job Description

Legal and General’s Retail division is searching for a proficient Data and Insight Analyst to join our team. This role is essential for enhancing our centralised MI planning platform and its comprehensive reporting suite. The successful candidate will collaborate across various departments within LGR, providing crucial insights into areas like employee performance, NPS scores, customer satisfaction, and application inflow.

You will integrate multiple data sources into consolidated and accurate arrays, delve into advanced analytic platforms, and develop dashboards to increase operational visibility. Moreover, you will identify and implement process automation opportunities to elevate efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate impactful analytics to pinpoint improvement areas, mitigate risks, and foster business growth.
• Design, execute, and maintain innovative systems and processes for tracking workloads across all communication channels.
• Work closely with the Operational Planning team, providing insights that enhance decision-making and continual enhancement efforts.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the insurance industry to integrate varying data streams for enhanced strategic insight.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders to support broader business objectives.

Who We're Looking For:

• Strong proficiency in Power BI and SQL.
• Robust experience with MS Office applications, especially Excel (Data manipulation, Pivots, VBA, Complex Formulas) and PowerPoint.
• An analytical thinker with a knack for applying innovative solutions to obtain desired results.
• Keen attention to detail and capability to extract and consolidate data from diverse internal systems.
• Excellent planning and prioritization skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Experience in synthesizing insights and communicating effectively with non-data savvy stakeholders.
