Job Title: Power BI Developer

Your Role: As a Power BI Developer at DecisionNxt, you will be instrumental in interfacing with onsite leads and business users to understand and map reporting requirements precisely. Your main tasks will include creating and defining Power BI Dashboards/Reports, ensuring the timely delivery of business-critical requirements, and optimizing performance issues. This role demands a proactive approach in offering dashboard solutions, maintaining scalability, and ensuring defect-free products.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years experience in Power BI technology.
• Hands-on experience in defining KPIs, creating calculated measures using DAX Query, and developing interactive dashboards/reports with Power BI Desktop.
• Expertise in configuring, managing, and deploying Dashboards and Reports on Power BI Server using various data sources.
• Proficiency in different visualization features and Power BI Models and Queries.
• Experience with Excel BI add-in and good debugging skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle and good analytical skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with BI Stack (SSRS, SSAS).
• Knowledge of SQL Server 2012/2014/2016.
• Understanding of Java versions 1.6/1.7/1.8.
• Experience in constructing ETL in an enterprise MSBI environment.
