About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to design and implement new reports and enhance existing Power BI reports. You'll be part of a small but globally responsible and international team focused on Business Intelligence and Reporting. Your expertise will help transition legacy reporting to our strategic BI platform using Azure Synapse Link, SQL, and Power BI.

Our primary data source for reporting is the globally implemented ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics D365 SCM Finance and Operations. In addition to report development, you'll be responsible for training and supporting users to enhance self-service BI within business departments and facilitating knowledge transfer within the team.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Power BI reports and prepare SQL sources (views).
• Document report designs.
• Deliver and maintain solutions with multiple data sources, coordinating necessary processes with cross-functional teams.
• Provide client-focused services and solutions.
• Support the development of new data offerings and initiatives for process improvements.
• Enhance solutions or data with feedback and proof of concepts.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in the Business Intelligence sector (Data Management, Reporting solutions, Data Warehousing).
• Proven experience delivering BI solutions based on Microsoft technologies (SQL, Power BI).
• Strong proficiency in DAX language.
• Experience working with SQL views and procedures.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and effective collaboration within and outside the organization.
• Pragmatic, hands-on approach with the ability to analyze and work independently.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise-wide solutions.
• Experience in global roles and working in virtual teams across different cultures and time zones.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 (F&O).
• Understanding the data model of Microsoft Dynamics D365 (F&O).
• Experience with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and ITIL-based service management.
