Job Description

Are you experienced in building Power BI reports and interested in the world of business reporting? We have an exciting opportunity for you!

We seek a skilled Power BI Developer to design and implement new reports, as well as modify existing ones for NORMA Group. You will collaborate with a small, globally-focused international team responsible for Business Intelligence and Reporting. Your role will be crucial in transitioning our legacy reporting systems to a strategic BI platform utilizing Azure Synapse Link, SQL, and Power BI.

Your primary data source will be our globally deployed ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics D365 SCM Finance and Operations. Additionally, you will provide training and support to users to enhance self-service BI capabilities within business departments, along with fostering knowledge transfer within the team.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Power BI reports and prepare SQL sources (views).
• Document report designs effectively.
• Deliver and maintain solutions with multiple data sources, coordinating necessary processes with cross-functional teams.
• Provide client-focused services and solutions.
• Support the development of new data offerings and process improvements.
• Enhance solutions or data through feedback and proof of concepts.

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence (Data Management, Reporting Solutions, Data Warehousing).
• Proficiency in delivering BI solutions using Microsoft technologies (SQL, Power BI).
• Strong experience with DAX language.
• Expertise in working with SQL views and procedures.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective collaboration skills, both inside and outside the organization.
• Pragmatic, hands-on approach with an ability to work independently.
• Experience in supporting complex, enterprise-wide solutions.
• Experience in global roles and working in virtual teams across different cultures and time zones.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 (F&O).
• Understanding of the data model of Microsoft Dynamics D365 (F&O).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and ITIL-based service management.
