K2Share is currently seeking a senior-level Power BI Developer to join our Federal Team. If you have experience with the Microsoft Power stack (Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, Power Automate), we want to hear from you.

Your Impact: Role & Responsibilities
As a Power BI Developer, you will:
- Collaborate with federal clients to identify and refine requirements, develop wireframes, prototypes, and gather feedback.
- Design, develop, and test products or product enhancements.
- Provide comprehensive program analysis across various products and meetings to discover requirements.
- Engage stakeholders throughout core processes to ensure value is delivered to all parties.
- Conduct ongoing research, product reviews, and sandboxing of analytics and visualization tools.
- Stay abreast of data science opportunities, data engineering techniques, and federal cybersecurity developments.

Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 3 years of Microsoft Power stack experience.
- 3 years of experience utilizing M and DAX to conduct data transformations and build complex KPIs and measures.
- 3 years of experience building Power BI reports and dashboards with strong design aesthetics.
- Project management experience, preferably within an Agile environment.
- Client-facing experience, ideally in a consulting environment.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience supporting US Government Federal clients.
- Knowledge of general cybersecurity concepts and terms.
- Familiarity with NIST Special Publications related to cybersecurity risk management (SP 800-37, SP 800-53).
- Proficiency with additional business intelligence visualization tools and data science tools (R, Python)
- Experience with data engineering tools (SQL, Databricks, Datafactory, Snowflake).
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analysis, MIS, or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Technical Microsoft Power Certifications or the ability to obtain one within the
