Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate Power BI Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating data pipelines and structures using modern data technologies and engineering processes. You will aid organizations in migrating and modernizing data platforms to support enterprise analytics, intelligent applications, and machine learning initiatives. Specific duties include:

• Understanding business requirements by interacting with Offshore Managers/Onsite Business Analysts
• Designing, developing, and deploying multi-dimensional reports using Power BI
• Optimizing Power BI dashboards focusing on usability, performance, flexibility, testability, and standardization
• Implementing advanced calculations using DAX and Power Query
• Ensuring data security through row-level security and understanding application security models
• Conducting design and code reviews, mentoring team members in BI and Visualization
• Meeting delivery timelines in collaboration with the team
• Contributing to the preparation of technical design documents and test plans

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in creating dashboards, volume reports, and presentations
• Experience with Data Gateway for data refreshing and content Pack Library
• Expertise in report publishing on app.powerbi.com, including connection setup and scheduling
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, ETL processes, Azure Cloud Service, and DWH concepts
• Proficient in BI report testing and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Desired Knowledge/Skills:

• Experience with ETL tools and other Reporting tools
• Knowledge of Data Visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, and Sisense
• Experience in Offshore/Onsite Engagements
