Key Responsibilities:

As a core member of our IT Services group, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and developing Power BI reports and dashboards that accurately reflect the needs of business stakeholders.
• Gathering and interpreting business requirements to enhance data visualization and analysis.
• Working closely with data engineers and analysts to acquire, clean, and transform data for reporting purposes.
• Developing and managing self-service models and analytics using the Power BI service.
• Ensuring data security and compliance with industry best practices.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues within Power BI reports.
• Providing training and support to end users.
• Documenting data sources, transformations, and report logic for future reference and developing user guides.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest features and trends in Power BI.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven expertise in Power BI development, including advanced report and dashboard creation.
• Strong understanding of database management systems, OLAP & ETL frameworks, SQL queries, SSRS, and SSIS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Apps development and support.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Adaptability to meet changing business needs.

Education & Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Relevant certifications such as SAP, Microsoft Azure, or Power BI certifications are advantageous.

Workplace Type:

This is a remote position with occasional on-site requirements. The role entails extensive daily computer use, availability for 24x7 support, and some travel.

What We Offer:

NTT DATA offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $104,800 - $157,000, depending on experience, education, and location. Our Total Rewards package includes an annual bonus, medical, dental, vision benefits, life insurance, disability insurance, flexible spending account, and a 401k retirement plan. Employees also receive a stipend to cover remote working expenses.
