Job Description

This position perfectly suits you if you're looking to advance your M365 skills, as a main component of this role involves developing and backing the Power Apps platform. You'll be collaborating with a small Application support team catering to a local London authority. In this capacity, you'll handle the daily task management of the Application team. Therefore, a background in Application support would be beneficial, along with an interest in transitioning to a team leader role.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting and administering the Microsoft 365 environment and its capabilities
• Collaborating with wider teams to address more complex problems
• Closely working with 3rd party vendors including Microsoft
• Assisting and guiding other team members
• Heading the identification of automation opportunities, documenting, and developing solutions using the M365 toolset.
• Enabling utilization of M365 power platform capabilities such as Power Automate, and Power APPs.
• Service ownership for integrated services (Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Forms, Stream etc).
• Maintaining the operational health of the SharePoint online environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability.

Qualifications

Must-have Skills / Experience:
Demonstrable experience as a M365 Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Subject Matter Expert or similar
Sound understanding of ITIL framework and ticketing systems
Excellent communication skills

Desired Skills / Experience:
Practical knowledge of Active Directory (Azure AD) / Intune or other deployment tools
Certification in MS-900 Fundamentals and ideally in Product Specific
Experience with Azure DevOps for software development and CI/CD pipelines
