In recent years, our Global Functions – Supply Chain, Commerce, Finance, Procurement, and IT – have collaborated to establish core processes integrated into a standard ERP system. This system, titled the BASE programme, now supports HEINEKEN OpCos across AMEE, APAC, and the Caribbean. Currently, the Global Process Management organization provides ongoing support to these OpCos to ensure they adhere to process standards and continuously improve performance.
As part of the Global Standing Organisation, our BI team creates and refines operational and management reports to aid OpCos in their daily operations and support informed decision-making. We're seeking a Global PM Technical Specialist BI to enhance these reports and ensure their accuracy and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver finance-related BI reports, including new reports and functionalities.
- Engage with senior stakeholders from OpCos and Global Functions to understand their business and data needs.
- Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks for our BI developers.
- Serve as the liaison between Business, BI Development Teams, and IT.
- Determine the optimal structure and setup for dashboards and reports.
- Validate data from OpCos to ensure the accuracy of reports.
- Conduct quality checks on developer-delivered reports to ensure they meet expectations.
- Support testing and provide training for OpCos on new reports and functionalities, including creating training materials.
- Monitor OpCo reports to ensure proper execution.
Challenges You’ll Encounter
- Balancing the interests of OpCos, Global Functions, BASE process standards, and IT.
- Prioritizing a diverse range of requirements.
- Ensuring the global template tool design is safeguarded.
- Meeting business needs within budget and time constraints.
- Gaining acceptance in the OpCo.
Candidate Qualifications
- Proficient in Power BI at an end-user level; developer knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with a focus on timely and accurate delivery.
- Assertive with the ability to challenge requirements to maintain standard and tool design integrity.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
- Experience with HeiLite (MS Navision) or JD Edwards is a plus.
- Ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
