Job Purpose

The Power Platform & Data Analytics Intern at PHINIA will enhance existing model-driven Power Apps and develop dashboards to support enterprise-level IT operations reviews. This role provides hands-on experience with both Power Apps and Power BI, optimizing IT processes and decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Enhancement of Model-Driven Power App:

• Collaborate with the IT team to understand and improve the current model-driven Power App.
• Develop, implement, test, and troubleshoot enhancements for optimal performance.

Dashboard Development:

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards to provide insights for IT operations reviews.
• Integrate data from various sources for comprehensive and user-friendly dashboards.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze data for trends, patterns, and insights to inform decision-making.
• Generate reports and visualizations to communicate complex data effectively.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work with IT team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
• Present findings and updates to the team and management.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest Power Apps and Power BI features and best practices.
• Suggest improvements to existing processes and tools proactively.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• Previous experience or coursework in Power Apps and Power BI.
• Understanding of data integration and visualization best practices.

Education:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in Power Apps and Power BI.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization techniques.
• Basic understanding of SQL and data management.

• Ability to work independently and in team settings.
