Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in image processing, video processing, object detection, segmentation, classification, or similar algorithms.

Proficient in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud-based Machine Learning platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Vertex Platform).

Knowledge of computer vision algorithms and tools (e.g., OpenCV) for image and video processing.

Experience with models that combine vision and language understanding, such as CLIP, ALIGN, or similar.

Understanding of large language models, their architecture, training methodologies, and fine-tuning techniques.

Your role will involve integrating these solutions into existing workflows, optimizing performance and scalability, and providing the necessary technical resources for success. You will also champion Vision AI within Google Cloud, ensuring continuous evolution of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Advocate for Google Cloud's Vision AI capabilities, guiding customers in integrating these tools (e.g., Imagen, Gemini Vision) into their current workflows and applications.
• Assist customers in fine-tuning and customizing pre-trained models to suit their specific use cases, such as object detection, image classification, and video analysis.
• Create and share technical content, including best practices, tutorials, code samples, and presentations, to enable effective use of Google Cloud's Vision AI offerings.
• Showcase Google Cloud's Vision AI through proof-of-concept projects, demos, and workshops.
• Travel to customer locations and represent Google Cloud at conferences, meetups, and other industry events to share knowledge, network with peers, and stay updated on the latest trends in computer vision and image/video processing.
