Job Description
As part of our PreMaster Program, we are looking for dedicated bachelor's graduates who wish to combine the theory of a master's degree with practical corporate experience. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to widely network within the Bosch eBike Systems business sector and gain exciting insights into Bosch's corporate culture "Like A Bosch".
What to expect:
- A two-stage qualification program
- Up to twelve months of corporate phase duration
- Support through personal mentoring
Roles you will take on:
- Become part of the Bosch eBike success story and apply your academic knowledge directly in practice.
- Actively support the transformation process towards a data-driven organization.
- Work in an innovative and futuristic data project for eBike.
- Engage in data-driven questions within the context of Big Data and Analytics.
- Tackle data-driven use cases holistically – from understanding requirements, comprehending data, processing it, to implementing the solution.

Qualifications
Required education: Completed bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Data Engineering, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or similar.
Personality and working style: Enthusiastic, responsible, independent, goal-oriented, good comprehension, strong hands-on mentality, structured, autonomous, communicative, team-oriented, and analytical.
Experience and expertise: Basic knowledge in programming (preferably Python, Kotlin, or similar), understanding of Big Data technologies and databases, experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is advantageous.
Languages: Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
Start Date: September 2024
