About the Role

As a Principal AI Engineer, you will play a key role in defining and executing the architectural vision and strategic direction of our AI-driven platform. You will lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of our AI products. Your mission includes guiding the deployment of advanced machine learning algorithms and models, ensuring their seamless integration into our backend systems. Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

• An advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master's) in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of proven experience in software development with expertise in Python, JavaScript, Node.js, and Nest.js.
• In-depth knowledge of asynchronous programming, APIs, and database management.
• Extensive experience with machine learning concepts, algorithms, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Track record of building NLU/NLP and LLM applications.
• Proven expertise in RAG, LangChain, and vector databases.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
• Publications or contributions to the AI community (e.g., research papers, open-source projects) are a plus.
