The Challenge

As a Principal Business Intelligence (BI) Developer on our dynamic Go-To-Market team, you will provide vital leadership and insights that drive our business processes. This role calls for a results-oriented professional skilled in managing data to bolster sales strategies and align them with our broader business objectives. You'll collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, pioneering data-driven solutions that refine our marketing and sales efforts.

Your Mission

Your role will involve working closely with senior GTM Intelligence Analysts to design scalable BI solutions that enable effective reporting and dashboard implementation. You will analyze business requirements, assess various strategies, and spearhead initiatives to optimize our project lifecycle. Your expertise in Power BI will be crucial as you develop functional specifications and ensure that our data solutions align with business needs.

You Are

• Experienced with over 4 years in BI reporting and visualization, crafting complex reports and dashboards for enterprise use.
• Adept in high-growth, fast-paced environments with a keen understanding of core business functions such as sales, marketing, finance, and customer success.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive approach to challenges.
• Proficient in SQL, dashboard development with Tableau or PowerBI, and familiar with data warehousing principles.
• Innovative and creative, with a knack for solving business problems.

EXTRA AWESOME

• Experience with Snowflake, PowerBI, Salesforce, Workday, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other relevant tools and platforms.
• Strong understanding of ACV, ARR, sales analytics, and event history, comfortable in dimensional data modeling.
• Capable of translating complex data into actionable insights to inform business strategies.
