We are seeking a Principal Business Intelligence Developer responsible for designing, creating, and managing advanced BI and analytics solutions. Key responsibilities include converting data into actionable knowledge using SQL, SSIS, Python, and Tableau/Power BI. Candidates must have a strong background in data analysis, excellent communication skills, and business acumen. Familiarity with ETL processes, OLAP tools, cloud technologies, Agile methodology, and SDLC is essential. The goal is to enhance our business intelligence capabilities, enabling informed decision-making.

The salary range for this position is MIN: $51.16 to MAX: $82.36 per hour, based on the primary work location in Beaverton, OR. This is a remote position, and the salary range and offers will vary based on internal pay equity and geographic cost of living differences. The salary max is limited to 75% range to ensure internal pay growth. We support open and transparent salary discussions at Providence.
