About the Role

As a Principal Data Analytics Manager, you'll lead the Data Curation and Analytics Team within Microsoft's Azure Data Fabric platform. Your role involves developing data curation pipelines, managing a team of Data Engineers and Data Scientists, and steering the strategic data initiatives that power our insights.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and empowering a skilled team to achieve breakthrough performance.
  • Shaping high-quality requirements and maintaining a robust relationship with data stakeholders.
  • Ensuring the delivery of reliable, effective platforms and data solutions.
  • Driving cross-organizational efforts to fulfill the organizational data needs.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science or a related field, with profound expertise in business analytics, data modeling, and software development. You should also have:

  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience or 4 years with a master's degree.
  • Proven leadership experience with a knack for managing high-performing teams.
  • Substantial exposure to Azure data services and solutions like Azure Data Lake and Azure ML.
  • Proficiency in data modeling tools and languages such as T/SQL and DAX.
