Salary: £105,000 - £115,000
Location: Bristol, London, Manchester, or Swansea with a hybrid-working policy
Hybrid Working: Client-site/Made Tech office 1-2 days per week

As a Principal Data Consultant, you'll report to the Head of Data and play a critical role in driving Made Tech's mission to help public sector organizations better utilize technology. You'll build and manage strategic relationships, lead accounts, discover new opportunities, and advise senior technology leaders across multiple clients.
Your responsibilities will include working closely with our customers' senior leadership to shape their strategy, ensuring our consulting teams deliver high-quality services aligned with customer technology visions, and supporting the growth goals within Made Tech's Data & AI practice.
This role is central to identifying new opportunities, winning work, running bid teams, supporting sales efforts, and developing new business. Additionally, you'll coach and support team members across various practices, steering project success and contributing to hiring and line management.
While not hands-on technically, maintaining broad technical knowledge of modern data practices, data strategy, and roadmaps is essential.
