Job Description
As the Principal Data Lead, you will step into a strategic role orchestrating the development of our Data Centre of Excellence (CoE). You'll craft best practices enhancing consistency, efficiency, and excellence in data skills. Aligning closely with our strategic objectives, your leadership will not only elevate Netcompany’s capabilities but also empower our clients towards a data-driven culture.
Role Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership and Thought: Engage with top-tier management to infuse a robust data-driven decision-making culture. Act as the go-to expert and advis on enterprise-wide data matters, implementing a formidable data governance strategy aligned with our business goals.
GTM Collaboration and Growth: Use your deep expertise to guide pre-sales activities, identify new opportunities, and maintain our competitive edge. Build lasting relationships with prospects and clients, bolstering our market standing.
CoE and People Development: Drive the growth of our UK Data Practice, recruit top talent, and foster a culture of innovation and mutual learning.
Qualifications:
Prospective candidates should possess exemplary leadership skills, profound business and strategic insight, and experience in developing comprehensive data strategies. Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance are essential. Experience with cloud platforms and client-facing consulting roles will be highly valued.
