As a Principal Data Management Programmer, you'll develop programs for data validation, review, and protocol deviation deliverables across various projects. You’ll support Study Teams by providing data management programming and data visualization analytics from start-up to database lock.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop listings, summary tables, figures, and/or advanced analytics for data validation, medical and AE review, and SAE reconciliation.
• Deploy solutions for comprehensive data review and validation, including external data checks and reconciliations.
• Create automated protocol deviations identification solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Reporting Analysts to optimize existing standard reporting tools and libraries.
• Develop efficient Power BI, Spotfire, R/Shiny & SAS packages for study solutions programming.
• Manage the technical documentation at CTT level, including user guides, detailed specifications, best practices, and programming conventions.
• Analyze new requirements and propose technical solution strategies.

About You

Experience

Proficiency in SAS programming or equivalent languages (R, Python) and data visualization tools (Spotfire, Power BI, Tableau). Preferred experience includes clinical trials, data management, and the pharmaceutical industry.

• Experience with AI/ML model implementation and fine-tuning.
• Understanding of current regulatory guidelines and drug development concepts (e.g., DCT, Master & Adaptive Protocols, eSource, AI-Based automations).

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in life sciences, mathematics, computer science, or related technical fields.

Languages

Strong English skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate fluently in a global environment.
