Opportunity Impact

We are on the lookout for visionary leaders ready to foster innovation, drive key projects, and lead teams towards groundbreaking achievements in data-centric AI. This vital role resides within our Embodied AI division, which encompasses modelling, robotics, database, and investigations teams tasked with delivering top-tier Autonomous Driving products.

Position Highlights and Responsibilities

As a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer, your expertise will be crucial in scaling end-to-end neural networks essential for autonomous driving. Collaborating across our Embodied AI organization, you will:

  • Provide technical leadership in pivotal company-wide programs.
  • Develop and implement machine learning models and robotic systems, boosting the capabilities of our Autonomous Vehicle technology stack.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the broader company strategy and roadmap with a focus on machine learning applications.
  • Advance your skills in machine learning through ongoing learning and real-world application, while also mentoring up-and-coming engineers.
  • Efficiently balance your workload and technical resources to fulfill project and personal professional development objectives.
  • Contribute to fostering a collaborative, impactful, innovative, and healthy work culture.
  • Analyze and evaluate project decisions and risks, troubleshoot and optimize systems, and innovate within the space.

About You

Essential:

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in software and machine learning engineering within an industrial or applied research setting.
  • Strong comprehension of training, validation, testing, and metrics for deep learning models.
  • Keen interest in collaborative research with tangible product impact.
  • Proficient in dealing with substantial image and video data sets.
  • Degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience.

Desirable:

  • Advanced software engineering skills in Python, C++, CUDA, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience in computer vision, robotics, simulation, graphics, or large language models.
  • Advanced degree in relevant fields.
