Job Role and Responsibilities

This Berlin-based position mixes the best of both worlds: in-depth technical research and practical application. You will:

• Lead multi-team projects with clear timelines.
• Enhance team effectiveness through strategic hiring and efficient onboarding.
• Address and resolve personnel issues proactively.
• Collaborate with Product teams to balance infrastructure enhancements with business needs.
• Foster a motivating, collaborative work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, or Computational Math.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role within engineering or ML project teams.
• A strong publication record in fields such as machine learning, natural language processing, or human-computer interaction.
• The ability to manage cross-functional projects and work collaboratively within large-scale ML systems.
