The Data Management wing within our Measurement Product Organization is integral to our operations, especially in direct-to-consumer (DTC) and healthcare provider (HCP) measurements. This group ensures flawless data quality management, systems integration, and oversees the CHIP program, streamlining creation to implementation processes.

As the Principal Program Manager of Data Management Quality & Governance, you'll be pivotal in managing and overseeing the infrastructure ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our data management systems. Your expertise will guide the strategic direction of data warehousing and governance, making high-impact decisions that advance our business intelligence capabilities.

Essential Functions of Your Role:

• Shape the project portfolio vision linking corporate strategies with operational execution, adhering to best practices.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap covering all aspects of data management and governance.
• Champion the SCRUM framework, fostering a culture of agile and lean operations.
• Proactively manage risks, metrics, and project costs while mentoring team members and aligning with broader business goals.
• Establish strategic partnerships at management levels to foster support and drive consensus on implementations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Over 12 years of hands-on experience in data warehousing and business intelligence.
• Proficient in ETL, Master Data Management, and developing automated data QC checks.
• Expert in Data Governance and the development of complex data standards frameworks.
• Advanced skills in SQL and one or more programming languages, with a preference for Python and experience with Snowflake.

Considering the role’s responsibility and impact, the base salary range is set between $138,500 and $257,300 annually, varying by experience and location. This package includes potential incentive plans, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
