About the Role

As a Principal, QUADS (Data Visualization), you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand, analyze, and translate intricate data into compelling visual stories. Your expertise will drive our data insight-driven research and support our mission to provide actionable, impactful insights to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret data trends and present findings in an easily understandable manner.
• Design industry-leading data visualizations (both static and interactive) that address common and detailed visualization challenges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to conceptualize and create on-brand design solutions.
• Drive creativity in data visualization, ensuring our visual solutions deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Communicate key insights and findings through compelling data visualizations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization.
• Operate with a no-project-too-small mentality.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a discipline closely related to data visualization.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics and visualization.
• Proficient in Data Analytics Tools (Power BI, Tableau), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets), and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Ability to understand and visually depict complex business topics; experience in translating data into compelling infographics.
• Experience designing visual assets such as e-books, sales collateral, and presentations.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your data visualization work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• A passion for visual design and storytelling through data.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
