As a Principal TPM at Microsoft CO+I, you'll drive major initiatives in Master Data Management and Integration, transforming the way we digitize and streamline our processes. Your efforts will support our strategic goals of achieving 100% predictability in scheduling and costs, and significantly accelerating the operational cycles of datacenter capacity delivery.
You will be at the helm of developing and executing the roadmap for Master Data Management & Integrations, ensuring seamless digital transformation across Microsoft's cloud operations. Leading from the front, you'll manage project planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Expect to drive end-to-end project delivery, fostering innovative solutions while steering the engineering and business teams towards operational excellence. Your role will be crucial in shaping the future of our data management processes, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
You should bring a solid technical background with at least 6 years of experience in engineering, technical program management, or product development, ideally accompanied by a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Experience in master data management, particularly in large-scale projects, is fundamental.
Proficiency in tools and technologies like Microsoft Dynamics, SAP MDG, and others will be essential. Your ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships will set you apart.
