Join Deloitte as a Privacy and AI Compliance Officer

Deloitte is actively seeking an innovative and passionate Privacy and AI Compliance Officer to become a key member of our Innovation Team. We are looking for a motivated individual with substantial knowledge and experience in risk assessments of various technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Elaborate impact assessments as required by law, such as DPIAs, LIAs, and conformity assessments
• Support necessary changes in the record of processing activity and governance
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments on AI technologies, ensuring compliance with privacy and data protection standards and emerging data legislation, including the AI Act
• Assist the GenAI Risk and Governance representative in implementing secure operating practices and internal policies
• Maintain compliance with local, national, and global data privacy laws

Requirements

• Master's degree in Law or IT
• First experience in data protection and privacy sectors
• In-depth understanding of GDPR and other data protection and privacy regulations
• Certified Information Privacy Professional Europe (CIPP/E) or Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) designation preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex issues effectively and efficiently
• Sound knowledge of AI technologies, their vulnerabilities, and potential risks
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
