Key Responsibilities

• Elaborate impact assessments as required by law, including DPIAs, LIAs, and conformity assessments.
• Support the necessary changes in the record of processing activity and governance.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments on AI technologies, ensuring they adhere to privacy and data protection standards, including new data legislation like the AI Act.
• Assist the GenAI Risk and Governance representative in implementing secure operating practices and internal policies.
• Maintain compliance with local, national, and global data privacy laws.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Law or IT.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data protection and privacy sectors, with a solid focus on risk assessments and DPIAs.
• In-depth understanding of GDPR and other data protection and privacy regulations.
• Certified Information Privacy Professional Europe (CIPP/E) or Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) designation preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex issues effectively and efficiently.
• Sound knowledge of AI technologies, their vulnerabilities, and potential risks.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
