Responsibilities

As a Privacy Program Manager, you will:

• Manage Meta’s cross-functional privacy review process for newly developed products and features.
• Facilitate discussions and coordination among product managers and privacy stakeholders across the company, including legal, public policy, product marketing, security, and communications teams.
• Develop and champion privacy-by-design solutions that are creative and consensual for new AI solutions.
• Document new product proposals, track their progress, and ensure privacy decisions are communicated and implemented effectively within the broader team.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 3 years of program management experience.
• Experience with privacy policies, regulatory compliance, or technology law within the technology or consumer product sectors.
• Proven ability in project management, coordinating, multi-tasking, and implementing process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Over 6 years of program management experience, with at least 4 years deeply engaged with privacy or technology law and policies.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Public Policy, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in working with AI or generative AI products and teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work with and support diverse communities.

Compensation and Benefits
