We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Process and Equipment Engineer AI/ML Intern to join our dynamic team at Intel, the world's largest chip manufacturer. This position is based in the vibrant city of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and is an integral part of our Technology Development and Manufacturing Group.

Job Description:

As a Process and Equipment Engineer AI/ML Intern, you will be empowered to:

• Lead critical resolutions in the operational needs for assembly processes and equipment.
• Optimize advanced process control systems to detect signals and automate containment.
• Define maintenance procedures and collaborate closely with technicians and manufacturing teams to ensure equipment is maintained at the highest standards.
• Drive breakthroughs in process and equipment enhancements.
• Lead the integration and transfer of new technologies and products.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates should be in the 3rd or final year of an Engineering, Computer Science, or a related degree, with a keen interest in AI and Machine Learning. We are looking for:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A self-motivated, team-oriented individual with a data-driven mindset and a positive attitude towards learning.
• Familiarity with semiconductor packaging and technologies is advantageous.
