Arconic, a Fortune 500 leader in the production of aluminum sheet, plate, and extrusions, as well as innovative architectural products, is seeking a qualified Procurement Analyst – Data Reporting and Solutions Analyst to enhance our Global Rolled Products (GRP) business unit. This role is pivotal in supporting our commitment to advance industries such as automotive, aerospace, and construction through innovative solutions.

About the Role

As a Data Reporting and Solutions Analyst, you will play a critical role in working with procurement personnel across the globe to gather and analyze business intelligence data. Your expertise will support strategic decision-making processes at Arconic, helping to maintain our leadership in the industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Understand and transform data requirements into analytics that power business intelligence for procurement.
  • Maintain and enhance our Global Spend reporting and analytics to guarantee data integrity.
  • Develop and manage advanced Power BI and SharePoint solutions.
  • Collaborate with global teams to synchronize data functionality across platforms.
  • Owning and improving strategic global procurement tools involving Sourcing, Working Capital, and Contract Management.
  • Generate and present critical data reports to senior management, driving key procurement strategies.

Key Objectives:

  • Support global procurement targets including cost efficiency, quality enhancement, and supplier performance.
  • Utilize market intelligence to forecast costs and devise strategic purchasing models.
  • Lead development and implementation of new procurement tools and processes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power BI.
  • Excellent decision-making and communication skills.
  • Strategic and Innovative thinking aligned with customer-orientation.
