The Role

As the Procurement Business Intelligence Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a subject matter expert in Procurement Operations and Systems.
  • Developing and maintaining automated dashboards and reports for enhanced decision-making.
  • Evaluating and optimizing procurement workflows and processes.
  • Managing SAP system operations, from design to implementation, ensuring seamless procure-to-pay transactions.
  • Conducting detailed data mining and regression analysis.
  • Facilitating effective communication and system support between Procurement and IT divisions.
  • Delivering training and guidance to key users within the procurement department.
  • Driving scope and implementation of strategic change projects across multiple teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in Supply Chain processes using SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell, PowerBI, and JDA; Lean/Six Sigma and SAP certification are advantageous.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, able to manage and influence teams directly and indirectly.
  • Exceptional ability to analyze, synthesize, and communicate data both verbally and visually.
  • Experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing top-notch industrial practices and tools.

Location and Work Model

This full-time opportunity is based at our sites in Twin Falls, Idaho, West Haven, Connecticut, or Springfield, Missouri. The position requires being in-office a minimum of three days per week, with flexible hybrid options available.
