JPMorgan Chase Consumer and Community Bank (CCB) is actively seeking a dynamic Product Delivery Manager / Vice President to lead our Machine Learning & Intelligent Operations (MLIO) team. This pivotal role focuses on steering the Knowledge Management Area Product across CCB Operations. About Your Role:

As a Product Delivery Manager/Vice President within our Machine Learning & Intelligent Operations team, you'll drive the product roadmap with Agile methodologies, enhancing user interfaces and optimizing experiences for stakeholders across CCB. Your leadership will guide cross-functional teams, establish team priorities, and drive the creation of solutions that reach millions of customers and employees. This is your chance to leverage your problem-solving prowess in defining visions, crafting strategies, and constructing impactful roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to refine and implement the product strategy and roadmap for the Knowledge Management product.
  • Lead and facilitate Agile product teams including product analysts, data scientists, and engineers, focusing on the evolution of existing product features.
  • Measure product success by evaluating customer outcomes and continuously seek improvement to enhance user experiences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across JPMorgan Chase to align with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Act as a senior product representative, articulating product vision and user-centric strategies in various executive forums.

What You'll Bring:

Required Qualifications:

  • Over 6 years in Technical Product Management or Product Delivery, preferably with AI/ML products.
  • Proven ability to navigate and excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A minimum of a BS degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and data analytics.
  • Experience in customer service operations and agile/scrum methodologies.
