JPMorgan Chase Consumer and Community Bank (CCB) is actively seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to fill the role of Vice President, Product Manager within our Machine Learning & Intelligence Operations (MLIO) team. Key Responsibilities

As a Product Manager in the MLIO team, you will be essential to our innovative product offerings. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a product strategy and vision that delivers significant value to customers.
  • Managing discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
  • Owning, maintaining, and developing a product backlog that supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  • Building the framework and tracking key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
  • Experience leading an Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) centric team and driving metrics-based experience improvements.
  • Experience collaborating with business partners in performance excellence, coaching, and collections.
