Position Summary Samsung Ads is an advanced audience platform that delivers valuable experiences to the right audiences across Smart TV, mobile, and desktop. As the Product Manager for Machine Learning Initiatives, you will spearhead the development and monetization of new machine learning, data, and performance advertising solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional global teams, external partners, and customers to pinpoint opportunities for increased revenue and improved user experiences across both existing devices and upcoming product initiatives. Role and Responsibilities Responsibilities include leading the creation and launch of new Audience Intelligence, Machine Learning, and performance advertising solutions while simultaneously introducing enhancements/improvements to existing features. Work cross-functionally with global engineering, design, product marketing, sales, and in coordination with other product teams to understand requirements and identify opportunities for improved revenue and user experience. Support the vision and strategy for the entire products within the Product Area. Communicate product strategy, plans, and progress to stakeholders. Be aware of trends in the advertising industry. Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of your products. Skills and Qualifications Experience: Four or more years in Product Management/Technical Product Management with at least three of these years in digital advertising/AdTech. A proven record of end-to-end product delivery, and able to demonstrate the impact of the products delivered. Previous experience applying machine learning in product development. Experience owning product and roadmap strategy. Familiarity with Agile product development. Understanding of existing and competitive performance advertising solutions (DSP’s, publishers, etc). Comfortable dealing with data. Experience with SQL, and data processing/data warehouses a plus. Aptitude for juggling multiple projects and managing trade-offs of a product. Understanding of and experience building consumer-facing AdTech products a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. CALIFORNIA ONLY The expected salary for this role is between $150,000 and $175,000. The actual pay will be determined based on factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
