Product Owner

As a Product Owner at Rocket Code, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Leading the strategy, roadmap, and continuous enhancement of the product.
• Understanding the needs of our clients and translating them into user stories for technical, functional, and commercial requirements.
• Working closely with various areas of Rocket Code to develop proposals and processes that add value to the client.
• Creating a backlog to work with the Development area on customer requirements to achieve the correct functionality of the product.
• Ensuring the scalability, performance, and resilience of each product.
• Collaborating with the data analysis team to review and monitor metrics.
• Monitoring products to identify opportunities for improvement and innovative strategies.
• Having experience in product creation for regulated industries such as banking, insurance, and fintech.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills to present ideas and structure them effectively.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Project management skills to coordinate progress with stakeholders.
• Stable internet connection, camera, and the ability to use your own computer.

Education and Experience

• Degree in Systems Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in creating and building digital products for regulated industries.
• Background as a Product Owner or in a related product process position.
• Interaction with internal and external customers.
