Job Description

As a Product Owner for Artificial Intelligence within our SWX Product Organization, you'll take charge of maximizing your product's value by defining goals and managing the backlog. Collaborate effectively with an Agile team and fellow product owners to ensure the platform meets all stakeholder requirements. You'll play a crucial role in crafting the product vision and roadmap.

Mission and Responsibilities

• Develop functional objectives, epic user stories, logical architectures, and UX/UI concepts alongside stakeholders.
• Prioritize the user story backlog to address all stakeholder requirements comprehensively.
• Ensure the product backlog is well-understood, transparent, and visible to all relevant parties.
• Collaborate with the team to flesh out stories with precise acceptance criteria and examples in the form of acceptance tests.
• Re-prioritize the backlog as needed to prepare for iteration planning.
• Coordinate dependencies with other Product Owners within the Software Organization.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and influencers to continuously support and define the software delivery platform.
• Stay updated on industry developments and market trends to keep tabs on how our products perform with current customers.
• Focus on flexibility and scalability as core attributes of the platform.
• Work cross-functionally within the Software Organization and across other enterprise areas.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical, Computer, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Proven experience and understanding of software integrations with embedded software and hardware.
• Experience in designing and developing software across various platforms, including mobile apps, desktop applications, and embedded systems.
• Advanced knowledge in AI topics such as Generative AI, AI Applications, Neural Networks, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team with designers, coders, integrators, and business teams.
• Strong relationship-building skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Passion for staying ahead in competitive connectivity solutions and technologies.
