About the Role

As a Product Owner in our Customer Data Optimisation & Remediation sub-team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing business customer data. This includes fulfilling KYC obligations, conducting credit assessments, meeting ESG commitments, and delivering superior customer outcomes through targeted products and services. Our goal is to develop top-notch automated data remediation and quality reporting tools, and enhance controls with automated alerts to maintain critical data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders across various domains, business units, and support units.
• Present regulatory requirements to external regulators and the Board.
• Oversee change management, product development, and delivery, especially in emergent change processes.
• Design and deliver products with cross-organizational resources, managing dependencies on internal and external teams.
• Implement operational risk and issue management for a wide array of controls.
• Define product vision, goals, and roadmap, aligning with crew objectives and engaging key stakeholders.
• Be accountable for end-to-end value delivery and product lifecycle management.
• Support prioritization, balance trade-offs, and explore strategies to achieve business and customer outcomes.
• Drive product exploration using design thinking and analytics, and formulate hypotheses to validate product strategy.
• Manage squad performance and drive agile maturity in collaboration with Agile Coaches and Performance Leads.
