Job Description: Product Owner Generative AI 80-100% (f/m/d)

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the group-wide implementation of use cases in the field of Generative AI (GenAI). Your mission is to integrate GenAI technologies within LGT, delivering clear value to the organization and its clients. You will ensure that our GenAI initiatives align with our global strategy and meet the needs of users across all regions where we operate.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an agile, interdisciplinary Fusion Team comprising business representatives from different regions, Data Scientists, Compliance experts, and specialists in application development, process management, interaction design, and quality management.
• Work closely with a dedicated Scrum Master & Delivery Manager.
• Develop and evolve a product vision based on an overarching strategy, staying networked externally to track trends and innovations in your field.
• Regularly share progress with management and the organization, representing GenAI initiatives in higher-level planning and coordination.
• Engage with clients across all LGT units directly in the development process and introduction of innovations using prototypes, surveys, or roundtables.

Your Skills and Experience

• A passion for digitization and continuous process optimization and simplification.
• Proven ability to develop, concretize, and communicate a vision for your product.
• Advantageous experience as a product owner, particularly in banking, analytics, or GenAI.
• Recognized by your team as an inspiring and competent voice of the customer.
• Empathy, leadership skills, and assertiveness in stakeholder dialogue.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and planning skills.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
