Program Manager for Data Strategy

We are looking for a Program Manager to become a part of our Data Strategy division within the Office of the Chief of Staff at Clarity AI. Your role is vital in assuring that Clarity AI equips its tools and methodology with top-tier data.

Location

The role is primarily based in Spain (preferably Madrid, but remote work is a possibility).
In the event of relocating to Spain, a relocation package would be provided.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Strategy Program Manager, you will play a significant role in outlining Clarity AI's Data Plan and supervising its execution. This role requires project and stakeholder management expertise, effective communication, and sturdy analytical skills.

Data Strategy Plan & Budget:

• Assist the Chief of Staff in formulating the Clarity AI Data Plan. This will involve aligning priorities across teams, gathering competitive intelligence, and managing the budget.
• Oversee the implementation of the Data Plan.

Communication:

• Prepare materials for executive, investor, and company communications. You will also act as a chief liaison with commercial teams to ensure that data-related messages capitalize on our ongoing database improvements.

Data Integrity:

• Identify and drive initiatives to enhance data quality, which includes optimizing the inclusion of companies and metrics in the plan, as well as merging data from various sources to broaden coverage. The technological aspects are crucial for the success of data integrity initiatives.

Strategic Initiatives:

• Support strategic commercial opportunities by performing data-driven analyses and developing materials related to data strategy.

Requirements

• Self-motivated individual with proactive and decisive approach.
• Localization: Clarity AI advocates for a flexible work-life balance approach through flexible schedules and remote working.
• Strong focus on customers and a commitment to prioritize ruthlessly.
• Exceptional project management and leadership skills, including the ability to collaborate with stakeholders from various functions.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and excels in efficient decision-making, even when information is limited.
• Proficient in analytical skills, covering both execution and analysis management.
• Possesses strong quantitative, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Has a degree in engineering or a related quantitative field. Candidates with business degrees will be considered if they demonstrate solid analytical skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, with a background in consulting, investment banking, or fast-paced tech companies.
• Demonstrates leadership skills to mentor and motivate teams effectively.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to work seamlessly in remote team settings.
• Fluent in English at a C1 level.
