Job Responsibilities

You will:

• Lead or participate in all phases of project life cycle (Initiate, Plan, Execute, Monitor/Control, and Close).
• Drive requirements gathering, change management, testing case development, and govern user acceptance testing.
• Conduct deep dives, process reviews, and gap analyses.
• Analyze costs, risks, and benefits to identify the most effective solutions.
• Manage the coordination and tracking of prioritized initiatives within programs.
• Serve as a pivotal communication channel for project status updates, ensuring stakeholders are promptly and accurately informed.
• Collaborate with content/subject matter experts and build strategic relationships to achieve project objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to create essential project documents such as charters, process maps, and risk logs.
• Responsive and accessible to stakeholder needs, anticipating and exceeding expectations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in a major financial institution.
• Previous project management experience is highly desirable.
