Job Location

Important: For residents in the Metropolitan Region of Campinas*, presence in the offices is mandatory, with a minimum number of days per month stipulated by the company and project. Speak with our recruitment team for more information about the current attendance policy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy with Databricks to achieve mutual business goals.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders at Databricks, including sales, marketing, product management, and technical teams.
  • Joint Go-to-Market Initiatives: Collaborate with Databricks and internal teams to plan and execute joint marketing campaigns, events, and sales enablement activities.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in identifying and closing opportunities involving Databricks solutions, providing expert knowledge and resources.
  • Enablement: Ensure our team is fully trained and certified on Databricks products and solutions. Develop and deliver training programs as needed.
  • Customer Success: Work closely with our customer success team to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Databricks solutions for our clients.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Databricks, expanding our service offerings and market reach.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related role in the tech industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing strategic partnerships, preferably with technology vendors.
  • Deep understanding of data analytics, data engineering, and cloud computing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Familiarity with Databricks and its ecosystem is highly desirable.
