The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Data and Development, you will steer wide-ranging Data and Application projects involving Power App and Power Automate. Your role encompasses full project lifecycle management—defining scope, planning, product selection, team assembly, schedule management, budget oversight, managing deliverables, and ensuring vendor and compliance adherence.

This position requires strong collaboration with key stakeholders and third-party vendors, maintaining flexibility to shift contexts swiftly. Ideal candidates are excellent communicators capable of empathetic engagement and clear articulation across various levels within a large organization. Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Project Management
• Demonstrated ability to manage both small and large-scale projects successfully
• Strong business and commercial acumen, including RFI and RFP processes
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Experience with project management tools such as AdaptiveWork, Clarizen, MS Project, or Smartsheet
• Passion for IT and systems management
• Understanding of project management methodologies
• Technical tertiary qualification (preferred)
• Experience in regulated industries (preferred)
