About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager III to join our expanding buildings team. You will be responsible for the management and execution of work packages and Task Orders, ensuring success from the design development stage through construction. Your role will include acting as the primary representative on projects, setting standards for meeting minutes, records, and ensuring compliance with CEQA/NEPA and/or Entitlement requirements.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of work packages and Task Orders.
• Provide direction and input on projects from the design development stage through construction.
• Act as the primary representative on project sites, ensuring Designers and Contractors meet all CEQA/NEPA and/or Entitlement requirements.
• Facilitate coordination with other LAWA divisions and relevant regulatory agencies (e.g., Planning, FAA, TSA, AQMD, SHPO, EPA).
• Coordinate messaging plans, notices, contingency planning, and other related tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or a related technical field.
• 15 years or more of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or a related technical field.
• Professional Licensure and/or Certifications such as AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP.
