Position Overview

As a Project Manager in the OEM Imaging Components division, you will play a crucial role in driving our strategic and tactical initiatives to boost growth and enhance profitability. This is a dynamic role that involves balancing multiple project aspects within the scope and budget, engaging cross-functionally, and ensuring alignment with our overarching business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing key initiatives to stimulate growth and profitability, focusing on portfolio lifecycle management, business development, and process enhancements.
• Efficiently coordinating and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed within the predetermined scope and budget while meeting deadlines.
• Developing strategies for the program portfolio, focusing on various program requirements such as cost of non-quality, productivity, acceptance criteria, and priorities.
• Preparing detailed reports for various leadership levels, briefing them about project status and potential risks.
• Coaching and guiding project team members to meet project deliverables while ensuring the quality and financial objectives are met.
• Leading customer communications to ensure satisfaction, provide updates, and represent technical aspects during business development phases.

Who Should Apply?

You are an ideal candidate if you:

• Have a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, preferably in Biomedical Engineering, or a related commercial field.
• Possess at least 3 years of proven experience in project management.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills in both English and German, and are adept in both customer-facing and internal communications.
• Show strong organizational capabilities with the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project management software tools.
• Hold or are working towards certifications like PMP or PRINCE II (advantageous).
