Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join our Public Financial Risk Management team in Rome.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement risk management solutions for public finance and European funds clients.
  • Enhance technical expertise in public financial instruments (e.g., guarantee funds) and international risk management frameworks (e.g., CoSO ERM, ISO:31000).
  • Conduct data analysis, regulatory analysis, international benchmarks, and summarize findings in presentations.
  • Execute Program Risk Management interventions to evaluate risks and identify mitigation strategies for complex public programs.
  • Contribute to the company’s strategic positioning in risk management by developing innovative services using BI, AI/Machine Learning techniques.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience with public administrations, banking/insurance sectors, or risk management (private/public).
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and proficiency in other Office Automation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical approach.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power Query, PowerBi, Python, R, Orange Data Mining, SAS).
  • Knowledge of public financial intervention tools (e.g., guarantee funds) and cohesion policy instruments (e.g., structural funds).
  • Familiarity with risk management frameworks (CoSO ERM, ISO:31000).
  • Expertise in impact measurement and evaluation methodologies.
