Job Description: Python Flask Developer, Deputy Manager

We are seeking a talented Python Flask Developer to join our innovative team. If you are skilled in software development and passionate about new technologies, this role is for you. Your core competencies should include:

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience

• Software Development: Proficiency in Python, SQLAlchemy, Alembic.
• Front End: Experience with Vue.JS, Fluent UI.
• Back End: Skilled in Flask Framework, PostgreSQL, and optionally FastAPI.
• Packaging and Containerization: Familiarity with Poetry, Docker, Docker Compose.
• Version/Source Control: Expertise in Git (GitHub, GitLab).
• CI/CD: Knowledge of GitLab CI, GitHub Actions.
• Operating Systems: Proficiency with Linux.
• Database: SQL experience, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Web Services and APIs: Development experience required.
• Security-by-Design: Best practices implementation.
• Agile Methods: Agile software development expertise.
• Testing: Test-driven design, unit tests, and pipeline tests.

Additional Skills (Optional)

• Experience with Airflow software.
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP).
• Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Observability-as-Code.
• Container management (Kubernetes) for scaling workloads.
• Soft Skills: Problem-solving, creative thinking, effective communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and both independently and in teams.
• Learning from mistakes and sharing insights.
• Effective listening and understanding business needs.
