Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Execute software solutions, including design, development, and technical troubleshooting, with the ability to think innovatively.
• Create secure and high-quality production code, maintaining algorithms that operate synchronously with relevant systems.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring that design constraints are met during software development.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize data to develop visualizations and reports, improving software applications and systems continuously.
• Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data to enhance coding hygiene and system architecture.
• Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and explore new and emerging technologies.
• Assist with critical and time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision and escalate situations appropriately.
• Write test cases, leverage unit and integration testing, and develop functionality and automation.
• Foster a team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 3+ years of applied experience.
• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficiency in coding with Python, Pandas, NumPy, and No-SQL.
• Knowledge of Python performance analysis and tuning, using profiling tools and runtime configurations.
• Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code within a large corporate environment, using modern programming languages and database querying languages.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies, including CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
• Expertise in software applications and technical processes, particularly within disciplines such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and mobile technologies.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies such as Angular.
• Exposure to cloud technologies like AWS.
