Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Python, SQL, and Databricks Developer with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore and Pune. This role involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing data-driven applications and solutions across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Development:

• Design and develop high-performance, scalable data solutions using Python.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical implementations.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability by adhering to best practices.

2. SQL Database Management:

• Design and optimize SQL relational databases.
• Conduct complex SQL querying for data analysis and manipulation.
• Enhance database performance through careful tuning and optimization.

3. Databricks Platform Management:

• Utilize the Databricks platform for advanced data processing and analytics.
• Maintain and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Work alongside data experts to define data requirements and achieve actionable insights.
• Create insightful reports and dashboards to aid business decisions.

5. Code Version Control:

• Manage code changes and history using version control tools like Git.
• Ensure high code quality through peer reviews and collaborative practices.

6. Documentation:

• Document all code, data models, and procedural changes for future reference.
• Keep all technical documentation current and accessible.

7. Continuous Improvement and Learning:

• Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in Python, SQL, and Databricks.
• Foster a learning culture within the team and organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 4-5 years of professional experience in Python development, SQL database management, and the Databricks platform.
