Position Overview:
The Quant Analytics Associate - Data Visualization role is instrumental in devising automated reporting solutions aimed at optimizing efficiency and minimizing risks while adhering to established controls. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing these solutions, ensuring quality control, generating key reports, and recommending procedural enhancements for increased productivity.
The ideal candidate should exhibit strong analytical skills with a solid background in business intelligence and visual analytics, specifically within the Auto Finance industry. Knowledge of JPMC systems, financial services data, and technical expertise is essential for success in this role.
Candidates must have 4-7 years of experience in business analysis, BI solution development, process design, and reporting. Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, QlikView, and familiarity with big data platforms. Additional skills in Python, VBA Scripts, and systems like Visio are highly advantageous. Hands-on experience with data transformation tools and a strong foundation in consumer and wholesale banking data are critical.
Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, MIS, or related fields.
